Gwithian Beach in South Cornwall is for Sale! Its currently owned by Dennis Arbon but he's selling it by auction on the 10th of July to raise money for some performing arts outfit.

No, I can't find out anything yet. Im not sure who it would appeal to as you're not allowed to do anything with the land...
